This is normal during transit. Packages don't always scan at every checkpoint. If there's no update for more than 7 days, please email us at help@pawsylabs.com.
Subscription orders ship on the same date every cycle based on your original order. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
First, check with neighbors or your building's reception — carriers sometimes mark delivered a little early. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll make it right.
